2. Return Outcome – Credit Note Only
All approved returns are issued as a credit note only, equal to the amount actually paid for the product at the time of purchase.
This ensures fairness and prevents inconsistencies arising from promotional discounts, multi-buy offers, or time-limited sales.
No cash refunds, bank refunds, or alternative compensation will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for all standard returns.
Return postage is not reimbursed unless the item is confirmed as faulty (see Section 4).
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot process a return for any item that does not arrive back with us.

4. Faulty or Defective Items

Once the item is received and confirmed by our team as faulty or defective:
You will receive a credit note for the full cost of the product (based on the amount paid), plus
A credit note equal to the value of your return shipping cost, plus an additional 10%, provided you submit a valid receipt clearly showing the postage amount to: returns@bestbrolly.com
Fault confirmation is at the sole discretion of Best Brolly following inspection.
No credits can be issued until the item has been physically assessed and confirmed as faulty.

Items that do not arrive back with us
Items damaged during shipping or transit (whether to the customer or returned to Best Brolly). Any damage occurring in transit must be raised directly with the relevant courier or logistics provider, who is solely responsible for redress and compensation. Best Brolly accepts no liability for transit-related damage under any circumstances.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear

Best Brolly does not accept liability for any manufacturing faults, delivery issues, courier delays, weather-related impacts, shipping damage, or any losses (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from the purchase, use, shipping, or return of any product.

No monetary refunds, replacements, compensation, or reimbursement of any kind will be provided beyond the credit notes expressly described above.
